We're absolutely delighted with our experience with Crown Tubs and Tiles Refinishing! Lucas provided us with exceptional guidance on product and style selections for a low threshold shower. After finalizing each detail, our choices were thoroughly reviewed and confirmed not once, but twice. Printed documentation was provided for our convenience, and we were given plenty of opportunities for revisions. The removal of our old shower was hassle-free with no clean-up required from us. The actual remodeling was carried out meticulously from start to finish. Jermaine and his team were friendly, punctual, seasoned, and always willing to address any inquiries we had during the process. The completed project is even more stunning than we had envisioned! We're thrilled with our new shower now, but we know that in the future, we'll appreciate our decision to choose Crown Tubs and Tiles Refinishing even more as it allowed us to stay in our Brentwood home.

The bathroom remodeling team we hired did an exceptional job on our powder room renovation. We were thrilled with the outcome. The team, led by Lucas and Jermaine, arrived punctually to take measurements and later, to carry out the work. They came across a hiccup when they found a leaking hot water valve that needed replacement. However, they promptly arranged for a skilled plumber and managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. We had newly installed hardwood floors and we were truly grateful for how considerate the team was. They made sure to avoid wearing outdoor footwear in the house during the work process. This level of customer care reminds me of times when customer satisfaction was the main priority. They delivered exceptional service at a very fair price. But what stood out for us was their adherence to strong ethical values and their honesty. We have more renovations planned and we're definitely going to hire this team again. Their work was simply fantastic!

He answered any questions we had and walked us through the entire process. We would unquestionably recommend Lucas to others and feel privileged to have met him and had the opportunity to work with him. He made sure to tidy up after himself and was cautious, safe, and respectful of our home and our pets. When he finished, he made sure to say goodbye to each of us and let us know that if we needed anything, we should not hesitate to ask. Crown Tubs and Tiles Refinishing is truly a top-notch bathroom remodeling company, all thanks to the dedication and professionalism of their skilled contractors. The demolition work performed by Jermaine and his team was impeccable. They took great care in protecting the rest of our home from dust and debris by using plastic and cardboard covers. They showed utmost respect for our home and us. Lucas, their plumber, is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Even if you're not thinking about a full bathroom remodel, I would highly recommend hiring him for any plumbing needs. Similarly, their electrician, a young man with a fantastic sense of humor, excels at his job. He ensures the work is completed swiftly and accurately the first time around, embodying the top-tier quality of Crown Tubs and Tiles Refinishing. The tile installation team, led by another proficient worker, also demonstrated a high level of respect for our home and us. They have a keen eye for detail and deliver high-quality work. The glue that holds this well-oiled machine together is their Project Manager. He is meticulous and ensures that the customers are satisfied with the day-to-day progress. He does a great job, but it seems he often seeks approval from his higher-ups before making decisions. This minor issue is the only reason I would rate the company as a 4.5-star service rather than a 5-star. One point of contention was the additional charges for extra services. For instance, when I requested the installation of a foot bar in the bathroom, an extra $150 was charged. Similarly, the term 'paint ready' was used to charge more for painting services after the initial remodeling. I believe this sort of ambiguity can lead to customer confusion and should be avoided. Despite these minor issues, this company based in Brentwood, is still a prime choice for bathroom remodeling with competitive pricing. Though we had to leave town before the project was fully completed, we have confidence that the remaining minor adjustments and installations will be finished when we return in the fall. There's no doubt that Crown Tubs and Tiles Refinishing is a top-tier company; they just need to be more transparent with their pricing and services.
