Throughout the project, Miguel kept me well-informed and routinely updated on the progress. It's evident that Miguel, as the leader of the team, firmly backs his work. I initially bought a house built by them and was struck by the quality and craftsmanship. The inspection report during the purchase validated the high standard of their work. So my house was in desperate need of a complete remodel. I spent considerable time researching various subcontractors for the task. I needed a skilled person to fix baseboards and door casings in my home. I discovered Miguel on a home services review site and WOW! He truly earned every 5-star rating there. Having some experience in construction, I've installed baseboards and door casings myself in the past. I knew enough to realize I wasn't very good, but I definitely knew what a professional job should look like. The only word I can use to describe Miguel's work is PERFECT! My house now resembles a multi-million dollar estate with his finishing touches. Everyone who visits is completely amazed by the stunning transformation. Adding to the perfection, I was in a rush to finish everything. Miguel visited the site for a consultation on the same day and managed to fit me in his schedule the very next day. My initial interaction with Billy, the owner of Top Floor Covering, came about due to an urgent issue with my roof springing a leak during a severe storm. I was away and at a loss about what to do. After being introduced by a mutual friend, Billy took charge, made all necessary arrangements, and swiftly patched up the issue followed by the installation of a new roof. I was both thankful and impressed. Since then, Billy has undertaken various projects at my house - both minor and major. He exhibits professionalism, a deep understanding of the remodeling work he performs, and boasts a keen eye for decor. I respect his sense of humor and honesty. For our kitchen makeover and new hardwood flooring throughout the house, we selected a particular contractor after considering 7 other providers. We thought that this team offered the best value for our money. They were punctual for all the initial consultations, had a team that was professional and easy to cooperate with, and presented a reasonable timeline and budget. Cheers to Miguel and Billy, our project manager, who managed every circumstance calmly and kept the remodeling on track. The job was completed on time and, other than additional tasks we included during the process, there were no unexpected additional charges. We're looking forward to working with them for our next project in Brentwood.

I recently had my roof remodeled by Top Floor Covering. The entire experience was remarkably smooth. From getting the quote to finalizing the contract, establishing the work schedule, and all the way to completion of the job - everything ran without a hitch.
